I used to use the American Plastech bags, but I 
stopped.  They come new a bit cloudy (not crystal 
clear), and they get worse from there.  My cels 
did not look good in the American Plastech bags, 
so at some point I took all the cels out of the 
American Plastech bags and threw the bags away, 
and switched to new bags.

These are the bags I use now (the link is 
actually to "large" bags; mostly I use the 
cheaper "small" bags).  Hopefully, they are also 
available in non-adhesive form:
