Hi,
  I have a few questions...
1) I remember once someone was selling loose 
pages for cel books. 
  A) Which is better the add a page cel book or 
the ordinary Itoya book or the expandable books?

2) Are cel books the best storage method?
  I ask because my books that are full kind of 
bulge out so the cels are not being stored flat.
