Hey there - 
found it - its from episode 10 when Priss is
asking Sylia if she could afford the pink dress
that they make her wear at the end of the episode.
 Right after she goes down the elevator to the
'pit' she talks to Sylia and then then it flashes
to Priss - hence you see her right hand in the cel
that should be holding up the dress right below
frame.
