It's perfectly safe to roll a large cel and send 
it in a tube as long as it's wide enough. In fact,
it's much safer than sending it flat.
Naturaly, you should put a paper behind it so that 
the paint won't come in contact with another part 
of the cel and the tube need to be width enough.
