A rare occurance! Another unknown cel has crept 
into my cel books. (Or, at least, it will very 
shortly. It's still on it's way here.) It's only 
the third cel I've ever bought for which I don't 
know the show.

Actually it isn't completely unknown -- it should 
be from Ryu Knights, assuming my translation of 
the title (and the seller who listed the title) 
aren't wrong. But I have no idea who this is. I 
don't even know anything about the show. Can 
someone here sate my curiosity and give me some 
background on him?
