I was just wondering how her dad did with his 
surgery...  

Was thinking about Dads and so forth, for obvious 
reasons.  Mine came through a very nasty time 
about two years ago.  Also just heard from 
another older friend, very important to us, whose 
thyroid was removed and found to be cancerous.  

Aging bites the big one.  Anyway, I was just 
concerned...
