Hey all! Good news for SF II fans as all my SF 
II cels are up for grabs! I believe the Ryu, 
Bison, and Blanka/Zangief cels are from the SF 
II movie, and the Guile and Chun Li cels are 
from the TV series. The backgrounds scanned with 
the cels are not included. Anyways, everything 
else is listed below. If you have any questions,
