I bought it on YJ. It came in a toei bag.
I opened the bag scanned it and added a lc 
background. The description said I OPENED the bag 
AND the the bg is lc! I said the sral is stil IN 
TACT !! And it is because I was very careful when 
I opened it! And I puy it back in the bad.
  DOES NOT claim seal was never opened !!
I will gladly take it out of the toei bag if it 
causes concern for bidders.
  Did I do something wrong? When I get my cels I 
take them OUT of the bags they came in and put 
them in fresh bags. If the bag had a toei seal I 
am careful when I open it & I cut the fresh bag 
down so that it will still go back in the toei 
bag. I though you were supposed to CHANGE your 
cel bags on a regular basis to prevent damage. 
Did I misunderstand that part of the cel care 
instructions??
  Please tell me if you feel I am in the wrong so 
I can correct it. I DO NOT CHEAT people!! Check 
my feedback and you'll see I am an honest seller.
