Hi,
I'm going to be shipping overseas, however they 
asked me 2 things. One was to mark the item as a 
gift on the customs form and two was to 
undervalue the item. Okay, my concern is if they 
are paying by Paypal and something happens to the 
item, would I be the one at a loss for it if they 
decide they want to dispute it because they 
wanted it undervalued on customs? Please help me 
out. Thank!
