his severence is almost gone, and unemployment 
won't even begin to cover what he used to make.  
Rent to pay, and bills are due, and I don't want 
to dip into my savings just yet.  Unfortunately 
my salary won't cover all our expenses till he 
finds something else, so I decided to see if 
anyone is interested in anything.

Pretty much the same reason everyone else seems 
to be selling!  ^_^  But it could be worse... I 
could have a sick pet or something.  :-(
