When I first saw it, I absolutely LOVED it and i
just had to try and get all my friends to watch
it.  But, many people who were die hard Eva fans
seemed to have gotten to them first and when they
sat down with me to watch the first couple
episodes, they were cursing at the show because
the Dolems looked like Eva units, etc.  What
really irritated me is that they listended to what
other people were saying and made a judgement
before they even watched it!!  :o(

I think this is one of the nicest and most
artistic Anime shows they made and especially nice
for someone who loves classical music as I do
(played the piano for 17 years now).  So if you
are into artistic shows with great drama, then
thsi is one show I would recommend.  :o)
