Kero-chan/Kerberos.  For such a simple character, 
he shows an extraordinary range of emotions.  The 
captions are also funny, though I'd like just a 
touch of context for where the cels actually do 
come in.  (You obviously have the CCS collector's 
photographic memory for which cel comes from 
which episode.)  The Ep. 68 is a 
classic "flashpoint" moment for K-chan.
