Actually, there're about the same amount of cel 
dealers as of the past few years.  Other dealers 
include Hobby Shop K, Celga, Nikaku...etc.  

Since everything is CG now, no more new cels...of 
course every dealer is selling cels from the old 
series.  It is expected that the amount of 
quality cels will keep going down, and prices may 
go up and down, depending on the popularity...
