Figured I'd try here before I went to eBay with
it.  Lovely, dramatic cel of Zagato talking to
Emeraude in her water prison.  Cels of the two
together are hard to come by, more's the pity. 
Makes sense, though, given the story.  Such a
tragic relationship...  **sniffles and whimpers**

Anyway, I'm asking $45 for it, including Priority
Mail shipping within the US.  If you'd like
insurance, or shipping elsewhere in the world, the
price will be a bit higher.  I take PayPal, money
order, or if you happen to live in Seattle, three
hours of yard work.  *grin*
