Yep, there was a patch included with *some* of 
the first pressing of the Hellsing Vol.2 region 
1 release. Unfortunately, the patch run was very 
small and demand for Hellsing was much greater 
than Pioneer anticipated so it was very 
difficult to get the patch even when the disc 
first came out. By now you would have to be very 
lucky to find one in a store :(

Here is a picture of my patch, so you can see 
what you are looking for - disc boxes will be 
stickered if they have the patch inside.
