The cel panel at AX is usually about 5-10 minutes
of introductory discussion on some topic of
interest (this year Keys did it on production
sketch terminology, since CG is the wave of the
future) and then Q&A. After about 15 minutes of
that, the panel really stops being a panel and
turns into a big minlging free-for-all where
people show off their cels, trade, sell, discuss,
etc. That's the really fun part, where you get to
meet everyone and see their things in person. ^_^

I did not pick up any cels at AX this year, but I
did get Nobuteru Yuuki and Kazuki Akane's
autograph on my Esca poster of doom, so I am happy.
