She is one of the members of the Uruha Oto team, 
an all-female team in the Ura Buto Satsujin 
fighting tournament.  I believe she had the power 
to create illusions to confuse her opponents.  
I'd guess that is from episode 30/31 during the 
fight of the team leader Neon.
