Man, what a week! I am so tired I can barely stay 
awake. Must say that AX was a blast. I had a 
great time this year and met some awesome people. 
That first day was murder, though. I stood in 
line for the dealer room for only 45 minutes and 
by the time I got in there, I was reaking! Anyone 
who complains about BO at these things should 
take some time and realize that it was really 
humid this year. No matter how much anti-
perspirant you wear, the California sun will 
always win. Oh well, sorry if I offended anyone's 
sensibilities at the cel meeting. Great to see 
some of the old faces and some new ones as well. 
The guest panels were great this year, and I got 
to meet so many cool directors and artists. I was 
so glad to be able to get Mitsuru Hongo's 
signature, he was a really nice guy. As for cels, 
not too much to choose from this year. There were 
some really rare cels to be sure, especially at 
Rinkya's booth. It was nice to see Heather and 
Rick again, and their booth was definitely the 
place to be. Saw some cool movies, including the 
Sakura Taisen Movie, which is fantastic. Well, 
there's tons more, but I'll save it for later.
