I got it from a private collector who I deal with 
every so often.  He did not have it posted on his 
site, but when he needed to let go of some cels, 
he gave me first dibs on it.  Cost me $130, but I 
think it's definitely one of the treasures of my 
collection ^_^  (Yes I got the other eight from 
him too)
