Toei Animation has sued second hand Anime / 
Manga retailer Madarake for the return of a 
number of stolen cels that have appeared for 
sale in the Mandarake stores. The Sailor Moon 
cels were reportedly stolen from Toei by a 36 
year old cel collector and then later sold to 
Mandarake

Wonder if this will affect madarake in any way.

Also wonder if any other cel dealers buy from 
cel thiefs.

Though I do think a few of these cel thiefs 
should plunder Gainax, EVA cels are too rare.
