I'd have to say that buyers the past year or two 
have been more careful about what they're 
spending. The economy is just starting to get 
better slowly. A couple of years ago in the late 
90s I would have said it was a sellers market. 
But I'm just a collector, I'm not a dealer or 
anything. Some will say that if it is an amazing 
cel, it will always fetch a high price but I've 
seen people get some major steals the past 2 yrs 
where if they had gone for those cels 4 yrs ago, 
they would have paid a lot more.
