Nothing like a small rant to take the weight off 
one's shoulders! My worst experience with a DS 
was that an invoice was $106 more than what I 
owed. It took forever to clear it up! Later when 
I wanted my items shipped, they refused, saying I 
still owed a balance! Again, it took a while to 
clear up, they shipped (free of charge but not 
worth the aggrivation) 

They also included a cel which I knew, even 
though I dont collect from the series, was 
expensive and was obviousley a mistake. (No one 
gives about a free cel of Belldandy w/ her angel) 
I wrote to them and got no response. So I shipped 
the Goddess cel back. No response. I dont know if 
the real owner ever got their cel.

I dont know about any really horrible DS. I think 
everybody makes mistakes once in a while. When it 
becomes more occuring though, I think people need 
to speak up about it.
