Well, it looks like that article I wanted from
Denver's Rocky Mountain News ran a day early, on
Friday, thus preventing me from nabbing a paper
copy... feh, feh, feh... but fortunately, they
also decided to post it on their website.  Yay!

So to celebrate another high-profile piece on
strong female characters in popular entertainment
(a topic which just can't get enough airtime, so
far as I'm concerned), SHOW ME your favorite
leading ladies who don't take crap from anyone!

Better still, bring out the chicas who kick butt,
take names, and carve another notch in the side of
their blade, mech, or other weapon of choice to
commemorate the event.

Fainting flowers need not apply...  ^_~
