Hey, thanks for replying!

I didn't think it was an individual Japanese 
bidder because of the number of feedbacks - a 
couple thousand just in the past year or so. 
Seems to be a bit much for one collector. For 
that reason I also didn't think it was a Celga 
Gold account, but possibly one of the ID's Celga 
uses to provide their regular service, or the ID 
of a less widely used deputy.

Perhaps someone else will have a clue.
