It can sometimes. Is it really cold enough to 
make you shiver in a pullover? Then, watch the 
cels. Plastic loves to contract, crack and burst, 
and vinyl colors ARE plastic and so is acetate. I 
heard it's a nice way to seperate sketches from 
cels when stuck by putting them into the ice 
case, but don't risk it.

Long story short, "naked butt in winter" temps 
hurt but a bit of cold can't do any bad.
