Dear Animanga Forum,

Hi, this is somewhat an off-topic question, but 
it is related to anime ^^;!  A friend of mine 
wants to know if there is an 'official' name to 
this common anime expression:



In case the picture doesn't show up, it's the 
expression where a character sticks out his or 
her tongue and pulls down his or her lower eyelid 
with the index finger.  Does anyone know?  Any 
help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
