FSS cels are way silly priced, guess cause the 
mange is so popular in Japan & that Nobuteru 
Yuuki was involved with character designs for the 
movie.  If they were a bit cheaper I would love 
to get cels of Clotho & Lachesis.  

Story.  Hmm, as person before said the two girls 
in most the cels are Fatima.  Fatima are 
basically organisms that were grown to interface 
with big mechs, usually the higher level Fatimas 
are female but there are a few male ones.  Not 
androids really, especially that two fatima ended 
up having children (majority are sterile).  
Fatimas when mature make a debut, and are to 
proclaim a master among headliners (people with 
abilities to control a mech, etc).  Most Fatima 
are programmed with mindcontrol, but the Fatima 
in the movie are not (think there are only @ 6 
Fatima that are not mind controlled).  The movie 
focuses on the 3 sister Fatimas growing up and 
their debut (the 3rd sister Fatima fled before 
her debut, which probably only a non 
mindcontrolled Fatima could do).  Its only a tiny 
sliver of the FSS timeline.
