This was $5 in a big box of atrociously battered 
garage sale cels at Otakon.  It fits with 
absolutely nothing else in my collection, and 
since the red sticky says it's from Wordsworth 
now Mommy and Daddy won't let me use the 'net any 
more to help me identify the characters.

But I liked it.  The evil minion especially 
reminds me of the campy roles Charles Laughton 
used to play in 1930s-era costume films.
