Hello, Can anyone tell me what exactly a post 
production cel is?  Is it the same as a regular 
cel in as far as size or is it bigger or smaller 
and are they as sought after as a regular 
production cel?  I have seen a post production 
cel I like but I wasnt sure exactly what one 
was.  Thanks for your help.
