If I'm not mistaken, Anime Museum had a couple 
cels of the doctor for sale. I haven't checked 
in a while so they may not be there anymore but 
it's worth a look. (www.anime-museum.com)
I don't know that I've seen many (or any) others 
out there floating about the world wide web.
