First let me say WHOOT!!!!!! I have been wanting a cel 
of Jeff-kun since I saw the OVA.  This incredible cel (4 
layers and each of the pedal layers is a different color, 
sweet!) made it's way to me today thanks to a good 
friend and his new YJ account, thank you Mark!  
Anywho the seller had it listed as an OP cel but I don't 
remember it being such and it is not marked.  I do not 
have the OVA here and don't want to mis-label it.  So 
does anyone know if this is from the opening.
