This little item here is definitely the 
weirdest, goofiest cel-related item I've yet 
nabbed. I found him while scouring the Shibuya 
Mandarake cel bins and had to wrest him from my 
shopping companion, who was going to sacrifice 
him to a con raffle (as a dud prize). Chibi-
Orphen here appears to have been scribbled in 
pastels (that's what they feel like), on a bit 
of card stock normally used for hand-painted 
backgrounds. Someone was *clearly* bored. Heh.
