Here are a few of my favorites.

Junta and Karin as they meet for the first time 
and Karin shoots him for the first time 
(DNA^2).



Nausicaa as she runs off to find the shooter. 
OK it is the second segment she is in, but 
what the heck, I want to post a Nausicaa cel 
(Nausicaa).



Lime's first appearance. Just so cute (Saber 
Marionette J).



Gally first appearance. Also, just about the 
only time she ever smiles. (Gunnm/Battle 
Angel).



First appearance of Kusanagi as she is rising 
to the surface. I guess you call it opening 
credits, but what the heck it is a movie (ghost 
in the shell).



Lafiel first appearance in crest of the stars as 
the crowd parts around her.



Ok. I know a slayer cel has already been 
posted, but what the heck. The conclusion of 
Gourry and Lina's first meeting as Gourry 
pledges to protect the little girl while on her trip 
to Atlas city. Not the greatest cel (and it needs 
to be rescanned), but it is hard to find first ep 
cels from Slayers.
