The Shikansen line (bullet train?!) is not the 
easy way or cheap way to get to Nakano! ^-^ 

  I have taken the Shinkansen many times, but 
ONLY to a major city. This is not the subway or 
express train ("JR"), which is what you should 
take if you are anywhere near Tokyo at all.
