K-Neko, I think you should definitely check in a
dictionary what an insult is.

"Dude, you should really clean up your site a 
bit, it's very disorganised." isn't one. This is
called a piece of advice and it definitely needed
be said - even if it can be offensive in some way.

I too, gave up browsing through the AG website
because I just can't find anything. Having a messy
website just doesn't help the business.
