The first pic is indeed Kamiru Bidan from Zeta 
Gundam, but I'm pretty sure the second pic is 
the ZZ Gundam (it's squatter and has those fin 
thingies on the back.  The mecha face is also 
different.)
I'm pretty sure the cels are real, too--I had a 
friend who used to pick up cels from these 
series for $30-$50 or less.  They're not really 
pricey unless it has background, it's from a 
famous part, or it's of one of the ladies.  Sigh...  
the last is the biggest reason I still don't have 
a cel of Four Murasame from Zeta.  :(
