Same character, same cut.  I got it at the L.A. 
Mandarake where it was labeled as SMJ.  I 
couldn't resist since it was cheap, I liked the 
cel anyway, and there was a slight possibility 
that it might have been Marine/Sea-man from SMJ 
Again.  Alas, it was not to be....

So if anyone has a clue, an ID would be most 
appreciated!

BTW, I'm pretty sure SMJ-to-X was computer 
colored.
