I own no stuck cels, because when I get a stuck 
cel I use the "freezer technique" sometimes 
combined with the "fingernail fiber-breaking 
technique" to get the sketch and cel apart.

So far, it's worked well for me.  Got the cel and 
sketch separated in each case, with no damage 
that I can detect.
