standing in the wind from the very end of the 
last episode.

"Eh? Can I see?"

You should be getting the whole sequence of hair 
flow...Ribbon flow, and change in facial 
expressions.  Those are the only things moving in 
that sequence.  Her body doesn't move so that's 
probably a seperate drawing all together.
