I always use the maxim "A Cel Is Worth What A 
Person Will Pay For It"
But those cels are not the highest grade and I 
found 2 US sites with lots of them.
One had ones just like those in the 15-60 dollar 
range.
The other had nice backgrounded ones for $100
each.
I think they have been sniffing Acetate to long.
