The black line fading/browning is too evident - 
it'd be pointless for a fan to make a cel with 
that much line fading. The "thick lines" is due 
to the browning of the black lines which really 
does make it look a lot worse. 

No doubt the cel would benefit from some useful 
repair surgery.

As for fast service Oliver. I live in NZ and 
shipping between Japan and US takes 3 days... ;)
