Comparing the two images, I see you are correct 
that some of the shading does not match up, most 
notably the shadow on her right arm....

BUT....

If you also compare the positions of her body, 
there are also differences, look at her right 
wrist, and the position of her right bangs over 
her tiara-- this leads me to believe that your 
cel could be a different frame, from the same 
scene.

If you have a program that allows you to more 
accurately cue the dvd, you may find an image 
that matches exactly.

As far as the line fading goes, I know that most 
SM cels have line fading because of the age, but 
I don't think you can assume that it is not a 
production cel just because it doesn't have 
any...
