I keep track of where the yen rate is at, but can 
tell you *nothing* about how or why it goes up or 
down. o_0;;  I'm a complete financial moron. ^_^; 
I still remember how it took a dip pretty close 
to this low about 3-3.5(?) years ago. It hovered 
around about 112yen to the USD for a long while. 
(Meaning that's what the online converter would 
say, not what sellers would give you to use.)

It actually doesn't make too much of a difference 
to me. I'll spend a given amount on certain cels 
and if the cost is too high, I'll just pass on 
the cel. I don't blame the yen rate for the cost, 
I only use it to figure out the cost. I don't 
bother to think about what XXXXyen USED TO cost, 
I consider only what it costs in the here and 
now. (*shrug*)
