i also thought that aquarian age was all cg, 
since it didn't come out that long ago and is 
very detailed and well done.  but the character 
in that cel looks like a woman, maybe that's just 
me?  dunno.  but, i can see how you would mistake 
that character as one that appears in aquarian 
age, i'll post a screen cap to show you which 
character i think it looks like.
