Hi all

I bought this cel during a silent auction from a 
reputable cel dealer (who I shall not name as 
yet). I paid a pretty price for it too. However, 
when I got the cel, I was in for a rude shock. 
There were actually paint loss and its quite 
obvious. BUT how this failed to be included in 
the cel description really amazes me and the 
picture did not show it either. 
So naturally I questioned the cel dealer and he 
said it is not the company's policy to refund me 
(although he has obviously sell me short). 
However, we decided on a deal which I have agreed 
to keep silent abt...for the time being. This 
matter has been ongoing for almost a yr and yet 
up till today, he has yet to fulfill his side of 
the bargain. I feel like I'm held in limbo and 
it's really unfair becoz it's the dealer fault to 
begin with. I want my $$ back....what shd I do? 
I'm even considering legal action....
