Hi,

I'd like to ask those Dragonball cel experts in 
this forum to provide their estimates of the 
worth of this cel. This is a two layer cel, the 
top layer has Trunks and the bottom layer has 
the special effects. I can't tell if the cel 
layers are stuck together and/or stuck to the 
matching background (probably so). The 
background looks handpainted. This cel is sealed 
in a Toei bag. It has a matching sketch of the 
image, a matching effect sketch, and time sheets.

Estimates would be greatly appreciated. Reply to 
the forum or to me directly. Thanks again!
