It sounds like your wife (who's not a big cel fan) 
wouldn't enjoy "the hunt".  It might just be 
frustrating for her.  Even worse, she will start 
to see the price ranges for the stuff you've 
bought!  YIKES.

LOL.

I'd say that if you want this for a quick gift and 
don't want to spend a lot (spending being a sore 
spot anyway), definitely go for a fancel.  He is 
such a simple character that I'll bet you can have 
a really nice cel made for a very reasonable 
price.  :-)
