It's a little of both, actually. A lot of the 
items are incredibly cheap compared to the going 
rates -- Hiiro Yui cels for 5000 yen, for 
example.  Some are priced comparatively high, 
like the one perfect Evangelion cel that 
everybody tried for, I'm sure, but those are so 
awesome that who cares if they're not 
discounted? ^_~

Vash was under $100 if I remember right.  And 
he's shirtless.  How much do you think that 
would go for from a dealer here?
