I would not recommend asking if all you have is
money to offer. If it's in a dealers collection
your best chance of obtaining it, is in a trade
for an original drawing, hanken or cel from series
they collect. Some (not all) dealers will consider
monies but if you offer market value, forget it...
they can simply list the item on their site for X
amount they feel is warranted. So, if you must
offer strictly money, offer more than current
market value, especially for the transformed cels.
