Hi All!
 
Things are going great! Officially have the new 
house, wrote the BIGGEST check I have ever 
written in my life on Friday!
 
I'm taking all of August to get the house ready 
for me... cleaning, painting, ordering furniture 
to add... etc...
 
So now I'm moving ahead and continuing to thin 
things down. I'm staying in this Hobby, just need 
to focus & curb my collecting habbits right now.
